We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Physical Therapy clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff supervision
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
