• Conduct underwater harvesting of geoduck while ensuring a secure working environment
• Gather geoduck along the shoreline and aid in the upkeep of the farm
• Operate a vessel in varying weather conditions
• Inspect and maintain diving gear and boat engine
• Monitor harvest records and manage equipment
• Assist with the loading and unloading processes
• Engage in additional geoduck-related tasks as required
• Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Certification in surface air diving and relevant experience
• Capability to lift up to 60 pounds and endure diverse weather conditions
• Preferred clean driving history
• Proficiency in English
