About This Role
We're seeking an experienced Neonatal RN to join our team, where you'll be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing neonates. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal growth and development for your patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or similar settings
- Conduct thorough assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure each patient receives personalized care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
- Foster strong relationships with families through education on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues, facilitating a smooth transition to home care

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must hold a current RN license, possess BLS certification, and have at least two years of recent Neonatal RN experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this position.
