  • Utilize equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet extractors for effective cleaning.
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Dust and sanitize furniture, walls, and equipment regularly.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and detergents as per specifications.
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks including stripping, sealing, and polishing.
  • Restore interiors affected by fire, smoke, or water damage using specialized cleaning equipment.
  • Change light bulbs and air filters as needed.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment safely.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas by clearing debris and snow.
  • Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning tasks.
  • Complete any additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and carry various weights. Candidates should be prepared to perform overhead work and maneuver in confined spaces.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
