About the Job:
We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Guitar Repair Technician. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of instruments, develop your expertise, and provide top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear, ensuring it's always in top condition
- Complete warranty repair work, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
