As a Fabrication Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the assembly of cutting-edge refrigeration solutions. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 5% employer match on a 6% employee contribution to the 401(k), which can equate to a minimum of $1,400. Additional perks include quarterly salary reviews, holiday compensation, and up to 40 hours of paid vacation in the first year following a 3-month training period. Moreover, you can earn a monthly production bonus of up to $2 for every hour worked, contingent upon meeting production goals.
Available Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM – Starting hourly wage of $13.50, plus an additional $1.00/hour shift differential.
No prior experience necessary – training will be provided. Seasoned operators may be eligible for wages up to $18.50, contingent upon 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate any safety risks or issues.
- Detach cut components from the outer shell of processed metal.
- Examine all parts for defects and report findings.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a standing position for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in metal fabrication is advantageous.
- Safety Awareness – you are vigilant and proactive in recognizing potential hazards.
- Detail-Oriented – you demonstrate thoroughness and precision in completing tasks.
- Collaborative Spirit – you thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others.
- Basic Literacy Skills – you can comprehend written materials related to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Environment: Noisy; subject to varying temperatures based on the season.
