Role Summary: As the Senior HVAC Project Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing the installation of retrofit projects, managing crew schedules, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Your role will also involve training and mentoring installation teams to uphold our high standards of efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in HVAC construction management

  • Knowledge of local and state regulations, with a willingness to obtain required licenses
  • Proficient in the safe operation of hand and power tools
  • Experience working at heights and on ladders
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • CFC Certification Type I is preferred
  • Experience in HVAC system start-ups and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification
