Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
