Como Enfermero Práctico Licenciado (LPN), tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Proporcionar atención directa a pacientes en el hogar de acuerdo con el plan de atención prescrito por el proveedor (y el alcance de la práctica de enfermería), monitoreando de cerca el progreso y la recuperación.
  • Evaluar y documentar las condiciones de los pacientes, informando sobre cambios según sea necesario (signos vitales, sangre/heces/orina, glucosa, etc.).
  • Administrar medicamentos, insulina y fluidos intravenosos, documentando de manera exhaustiva.
  • Inspeccionar y cuidar heridas, cambiando vendajes y asistiendo con la higiene personal.
  • Evaluar al paciente en busca de lesiones adicionales, infecciones, úlceras por presión, etc., y proporcionar tratamientos adecuados.
  • Colaborar con proveedores, asistentes y profesionales de la salud aliados para asegurar resultados excepcionales para los pacientes.

Para calificar para un puesto de Enfermero Práctico Licenciado (LPN) con nosotros:

  • Educación: Graduado de un programa de enfermería práctica (vocacional) para LPN/LVN y tener una licencia actual como LPN/LVN en el estado donde completó al menos 1200 horas de experiencia como LPN/LVN o la finalización del programa de preceptoría de la Oficina.
  • Certificación actual en CPR/AED/BLS/Primeros Auxilios.
  • Transporte confiable hacia y desde los sitios de atención y/o lugares de trabajo.
  • Experiencia práctica con traqueotomía y/o ventiladores preferida, pero no requerida.
