About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and synchronize test events with MDSEA teams, government stakeholders, and contract leadership.
  • Provide on-site event support and ensure communication feeds and video feeds are established.
  • Report to MDSEA leadership and communicate directly with senior government customers.
  • Manage ground operations and interact with satellite flight operators.
  • Support the requirements, design, and implementation of test and event plans.
  • Coordinate and develop necessary manning and contractual documents.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in test event coordination, satellite tests, or flight operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Experience building, leading, and providing event support.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with government satellite and/or ground systems.
  • Information technology experience and understanding of basic IT concepts.
  • Experience with AF Enterprise Ground Services (EGS).
  • Experience with Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C).
