Job Summary

At TWGW, Inc., we are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver/Shuttle to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport automotive parts to customers, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering parts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Logistics: Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, facilitating smooth operations and minimizing errors.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing clear and concise information to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
  • Physical Abilities: Be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with the ability to get in and out of vehicles throughout the day.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
