The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge and expert technical skills to support business partners, resolve problems, and provide peer training as required. They will articulate business processes, information flows, and technology enablement, establishing strong partnerships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead management disciplines for programs or large initiatives spanning business operations and technological changes
  • Ensure delivery teams are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes by supporting execution of requirements for integrations and inter-dependencies
  • Create current and future process maps across business or technology units, identifying improvement opportunities for optimization or automation
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with vendors, senior-management stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive team members to deliver work
  • Manage task inter-dependencies between delivery teams operating in various delivery models
  • Provide Change Management support on program training needs by creating user manuals and/or standard operating procedures
  • Collect and analyze program data/results supporting key program metrics
  • Support the Portfolio team to identify and document right-sized sub-investments for Business Case Development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience required
  • Retail work experience preferred
  • Experience working on large-scale and highly complex projects or programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical skills by applying creative thinking and analysis, presenting insights through visualization
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks by importance, due date, and interdependence with other tasks
  • Proven ability to work well individually and within the team environment, delegating and sharing decision-making with teammates as appropriate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area of study a plus
  • Certifications on any of the following a plus:
  • IIBA CBAP
  • CSM/PSM
  • CSPO/PSPO
  • BPM
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
