About the Job: We are seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to join our team at VCU Health - MCV Physicians in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pediatric critical care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide critical care to newborns and infants in the NICU
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in scholarly research activities and contribute to the development of new medical knowledge
* Engage in educational programs to enhance professional skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric critical care

**Required Qualifications:**
* Board certification in Pediatrics and board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Critical Care
* Experience in an academic medical center setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Estimated Salary:** $260,000 - $320,000 per year, depending on experience.
