Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a Barista and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
