Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Repligen. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload products to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Material Handling: Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
  • Order Fulfillment: Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
  • Quality Control: Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
  • Documentation: Mark materials with identifying information and record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Clean warehouse area and maintain inventory records in the computer.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
  • Skills: SAP experience preferred, M/S Office experience required, and forklift experience required.
  • Physical Demands: Frequently lift over 50 pounds.
