You'll work closely with a collaborative team, turning component parts into finished products that meet our customers' exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Area Setup:

  • Prepare and organize the work area for efficient assembly, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Assembly:

  • Fitting parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
  • Operating hand tools as needed during the assembly process.

Product Handling:

  • Stacking completed products following established procedures.
  • Covering, labeling, and banding finished components as required.

Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Verifying equipment safety before operation.
  • Completing pre-shift equipment inspection checklist and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintaining production records as necessary.

Quality Control:

  • Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

Adherence to Procedures:

  • Performing duties in line with safety, quality procedures, and standards.

Participation:

  • Engaging in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other relevant programs and meetings.

Additional Dutilities:

  • Fulfilling any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred (but not required).
  • No minimum experience necessary, although 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
