Role Overview:
As a Medical Records Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of care to residents within a designated unit. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing resident needs
2. Developing individualized care plans
3. Administering nursing care
4. Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the provision of care
