Job Description

As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play an integral part in FAST's project implementation teams. You will need to possess strong organizational, technical, analytical, and communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate a train-the-trainer approach, equipping client trainers to develop and deliver training to agency users. This ensures that users fully understand and are capable of using FAST's software solutions. Your tasks may also include creating a training curriculum and documentation, developing test scenarios, and coordinating testing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for clients
  • Create training materials, including job aids, guides, and help articles
  • Cordinate training project staff and testers
  • Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional/curriculum design, computer science, or business administration. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is also required. Additionally, you should have the ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, are essential. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and excellent planning and organization skills are also necessary. Personal integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm are highly valued.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on education, experience, and location).
