**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center.

• Survivor Support: Provide support and guidance to survivors, including answering the 24-hour hotline, advocacy, crisis intervention, referrals, safety planning, and follow-ups.
• Shelter Management: Assist with day-to-day operations, including providing shelter coverage, maintaining health and safety, transporting survivors, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with other agencies to secure services for survivors and their children.

• Certifications and Qualifications: At least one year of experience working with survivors of trauma preferred; certification of CPR, First Aid, AED, and Narcan preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with diverse populations; ability to model open communication, fair and equitable treatment, management of conflicts, and work in team structure; computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
