About the Role

FusionWorks is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Hannover or Münster. As a key member of our Processes, Services and Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our core banking systems and ensure seamless processing of customer documents.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement efficient processing processes.
  • Administer and parameterize software tools such as POSY-OutputFactory and Inspire to optimize output management.
  • Work closely with our printing service provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer documents.
