Large Scale IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced Large Scale IT Manager to join our team at Veear. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure setup, data processing, and DevOps practices, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time. A good understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
