The Senior Manager, M&A Project Manager position is structured as a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on select weekdays. This is a direct hire opportunity with the client.
Key Qualifications for the Senior Manager, M&A Project Manager:

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, M&A Project Manager:
- Oversee M&A-related projects to ensure successful execution in alignment with project plans, providing recommendations to stakeholders and holding cross-functional teams accountable for timely deliverables while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of TSAs, including experience in drafting and assessing them.
- Manage project execution for M&A divestiture initiatives, supporting pre-close, post-close, and separation activities.
- Analyze contracts and operational requirements, including pricing and service structures, while planning to address gaps with new services, systems, personnel, processes, or contracts.
- Facilitate activities and cost tracking to maximize value.
- Conduct routine reporting and status updates to leadership, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, proactively addressing potential issues and risks, and facilitating timely decision-making.
- Maintain active project management of timelines, including scheduling meetings, establishing reporting structures, and implementing tools/templates and procedures.
