Machinist Specialist

CIRCOR is seeking a skilled Machinist Z to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products.

• Operate hoist-operated cranes and other lifting equipment to move materials and products.
• Follow verbal and written instructions, read and work to drawings, setup cards, charts, and tables with or without job tag instructions.
• Select cutting tools suitable for working on various materials and types of cuts, and properly grind cutting tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of CNC, HMC, Lathe, Grinding machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to define routine problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

The associate will regularly be required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The associate may occasionally be required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
