We are currently seeking a skilled Termite Treatment Specialist to join our team at Rentokil North America.

Job Description:

This role involves performing termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices. Key responsibilities include identifying customer termite problems, communicating critical conditions with customers, and tolerating various environmental conditions. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in termite control, is also preferred. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers regarding their termite problems and the remedial steps required to resolve these issues.
  • The successful candidate will also have the ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as needed, and must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • A competitive salary range is estimated at $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
