Overview

Select Specialty Hospital is a leading provider of critical illness recovery services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This Dialysis Nurse Specialist position requires at least 1 year of Hemodialysis experience and a valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License.

  • Critical care nursing with a focus on hemodialysis patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients receiving dialysis treatment.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive records of patient care.
  4. Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred within 6 months.
  • Experience in acute care setting or acute care experience preferred.
