Paraprofessional Assistant

Join The McHenry County ROE Application Consortium as a Paraprofessional (SES Program) and contribute to the education and development of students with special needs.

This position is responsible for providing support to students with special needs in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have a current and valid Paraprofessional License and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students with special needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Current and valid Paraprofessional License.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

• $16.50/hour starting pay plus benefits.
