About Us

Spring City Family Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. We are looking for a committed Advanced Practice Nurse to engage with our patients through comprehensive evaluations, telehealth consultations, chronic disease management, and wellness visits. This position requires on-site presence to ensure effective patient care.

Compensation: $92K - $120K Annually

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct telehealth consultations for patients
  • Inquire thoughtfully to identify underlying health issues
  • Formulate accurate diagnoses based on clinical knowledge and patient history
  • Manage medication regimens and provide insights on treatment options
  • Maintain detailed medical records of patient health
  • Foster a trusting and compassionate environment for patient interactions

Requirements:

  • Active nursing license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Board certification in relevant specialty
  • Strong grasp of diagnostic techniques and examination procedures
  • Knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and contraindications
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Empathetic and approachable demeanor
  • Dependable and ethical work practices
