About the Role

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Human Factors Engineer to support the development of medical devices and combination products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying human factors engineering principles to drive innovative and user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support human factors engineering planning, research, and development of medical devices and combination products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, commercial, quality, and regulatory
  • Conduct human factors research to inform design and development decisions
  • Lead study data collection, root cause analysis, and report writing to support regulatory submissions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience in human factors engineering, with a focus on medical devices and combination products
  • Strong understanding of human factors engineering principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 years of experience
  • Combination product development experience
  • Practical knowledge of existing medical standards and guidance
