Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Horseshoe Casino Hammond. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our restaurant.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food production
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new menus and promotions
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
• Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Demonstrated expertise in food safety and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Prior experience in a fast-paced casino or resort environment is highly desirable. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is also preferred.
