Beverage Attendant

As a Beverage Server at Kansas Crossing Casino LC, you will provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Fun, Friendly, and Community experience through Hometown Hospitality standards.

• Deliver beverage orders and take guest payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Food Service and Sanitation codes.
• Utilize 'upselling' techniques to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently provide Hometown Hospitality and deliver Fun as well as live the core values of Fun, Friendly, and Community.
• Comply with department standards, guidelines, and objectives to include adherence to all Food Service and Sanitation, OSHA, Hazcom standards and guidelines.
• Operate the Point of Sale System according to training provided.

You must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior food or beverage service experience is preferred, but not required. You must also be able to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence/memos; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
