  • Report maintenance concerns and issues to management in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of facilities maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and supplies.
