About the Position

Southeastern College is looking for a skilled Higher Education Scheduler to fill a part-time role. As a Higher Education Scheduler, you will be responsible for building class schedules, managing student enrollments, and coordinating with faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buiding and maintaining student course/program schedules for the campus
  • Vetting student transcripts and admissions documentation
  • Maintaining accurate paper and electronic student files and official documentation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in higher education administration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
