Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist with Pinnacle Home Care Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
  • Conduct home assessments to identify potential hazards and barriers to independent living, and provide recommendations for equipment and adaptive devices to improve patient safety and mobility.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to improve patients' physical and cognitive abilities, and provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of adaptive equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida.
  • Two years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
