Air Marshal

As an Air Marshal with Signature Flight Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to general aviation aircraft passengers and crew members. Your primary duties will include greeting and marshaling aircraft, providing amenities, and ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all.

• Meet and greet incoming general aviation aircraft and marshal out departing aircraft
• Provide necessary services to passengers and crew members, including amenities and assistance with baggage
• Comply with company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and security
• Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and radio
• Resolve customer requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Transport customers to and from airport terminals and local hotels as needed
• Escort crew and passengers to and from aircraft
• Assist with loading and unloading baggage and providing other support as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and receive an airport security badge
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Valid state driver's license

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise levels. Regularly standing, walking, and using hands to perform tasks is required. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds may be necessary.
