Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Crystal Clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with post-surgical orthopedic conditions, developing personalized plans of care to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Administer various physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy, to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Provide patient and family education, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and process charges in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's Degree and certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in the field or profession, with a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Current License issued by the Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Athletic Trainers Board to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
  • BLS certification required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with variable shifts including two evenings per week.
