Telecoms Liaison Job Summary:
The LaSalle Network is looking for a Telecoms Liaison to join our team. As a Telecoms Liaison, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to telecom services. You will work closely with our service operators to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to telecom services in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with service operators to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
  • Document customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills required with Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as experience working in sales CRM's/platforms

Estimated Salary:$40,000 - $50,000 per year based on location and experience.
