About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Engineer to join our team at Alcority. As a key member of our Security Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced security monitoring and incident response systems.

Job Description
  • Identify and deploy new detections or automations within our SIEM/SOAR platform.
  • Drive creation and implementation of SIEM content, including rules, alerts, dashboards, and other essential components.
  • Ensure better analytics via SIEM by improving the signal-to-noise ratio in SIEM content, conducting regular assessments, and tuning Sentinel configurations to reduce false positives and enhance detection capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a security-related engineering role.
  • 2+ years of SIEM/SOAR Engineering Experience.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of PTO for full-time employees and 12 company holidays.
