Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You will be responsible for seating guests, taking reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take reservations and manage waitlists
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the dining room runs smoothly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or must be 18 years of age or older if serving alcohol
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
