Job Summary: Murphco of FL is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Clean and Service Guest Rooms: Perform routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning and stocking maid carts, and replenishing supplies.
  2. Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
  3. Report Status and Address Issues: Report the status of rooms as completed to the inspectress and address any unusual conditions or issues with furniture or rooms to the executive housekeeper.
  4. Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained efficiently and effectively.
  5. Meet Quality and Productivity Standards: Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, including completing tasks on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  2. Positive Attitude and Guest Service Orientation: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service are essential for this role.
  3. Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is critical for success in this position.
