About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to over $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You'll have a caseload that will be discussed during the interview, ensuring a personalized approach to each student's needs.
  • Your work will take place on-site during the 2023-2024 school year, allowing for a stable and predictable schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on your findings, focusing on individualized goals and outcomes.
  • Prioritize providing high-quality speech and language therapy to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and effective student support.
  • Maintain precise records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regularly attend meetings and provide detailed reports on student progress, highlighting successes and challenges.
