MEP Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Supervise and direct MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Administer MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals
• Coordinate and administer MEP-related RFI's, field changes, and other field engineering-related items
• Ensure that all MEP systems are installed and tested in accordance with project specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on MEP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
