Responsibilities- Travel to Home Health agencies to provide staffing support
- Complete initial OASIS assessments and ongoing comprehensive assessments of Skilled Home Health patients
- Initiate patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician in the plan of care
- Counsel the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs
- Maintain accurate clinical notes
- Communicate with physicians and participate in interdisciplinary group meetings
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
- Degree from an accredited nursing school with a current license to practice in state of residence
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) License
- At least two years of Home Health nursing experience
