Indiana University Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Physicist to join their Radiation Oncology team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical physics expertise to support the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy treatments.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain optimal equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physics or Medical Physics.
- Board certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or Therapeutic Radiology.
- At least three years of clinical experience in radiation oncology, with expertise in advanced treatment techniques such as SBRT, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT, and brachytherapy.
