Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing direct patient care and developing individualized treatment plans. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and creating a safe and supportive environment for their recovery.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of North Dakota or compact state agreement, as well as Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. Temporary RN licenses and ND RN Graduate Work Authorization may be accepted prior to start date.

Physical and Working Conditions

This position involves frequent standing, walking, and stooping/bending, with occasional sitting and twisting. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 20-40 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: $84,800 - $124,800 per year

Please note that the estimated salary range is based on a 36-hour workweek and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
