About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products and services to help customers succeed financially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and propose products and services to meet their financial needs
  • Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
