The Cocktail Server is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Cocktail Server.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and courteous service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction is our top priority.
- Promote specials and upsell to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Process orders, deliver drinks, and receive payment in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Clear and clean tables, return glasses to be washed, and maintain a clean and organized lounge area.
- Follow all cash handling policies and prepare closing reports for night audit.
- Perform side work duties as scheduled and assist the bartender as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local state laws.
- Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
