Job Responsibilities

As a Food Service Specialist, you will be expected to adhere to our 5-step Guest Program to deliver the highest level of service to our customers. This includes demonstrating good manners, tact, and sound judgment while serving our guests, as well as providing prompt and courteous service.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

* Serving guests delicious meals promptly and efficiently

* Seating customers

* Taking new orders and processing payments

* Clearing and resetting tables

* Preparing food items, including soups, beverages, and desserts, as well as organizing and replenishing the buffet and salad bar

* Maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues, including keeping floors clean and washing dishes

* Upholding excellent customer service to ensure we deliver 5-Star Customer Service

* Addressing guest complaints swiftly, politely, and discreetly

* Performing any additional tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements

As a Food Service Specialist, you must be dependable and hardworking with a positive and welcoming demeanor. It is also essential to maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications Include:

* Minimum age of 16 years

* Willingness and ability to learn

* Strong teamwork abilities

* Commitment to adhering to the dress code and maintaining high personal hygiene standards

* Willingness to obtain a food handlers permit as required by state regulations, covered by Sapp Bros.

* Ability to provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility for legal employment in the United States

* Willingness to undergo a criminal background and employment reference check

* Physical presence at the assigned work site is required
