Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kyrene Elementary School District No. 28. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing direct intervention with students to treat speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
  • Design and deliver activities to address treatment plans
  • Consult with teachers and parents to provide ideas and strategies for speech and language development and disorders
  • Provide direct therapy and instruction to students
  • Develop and create original instructional aides to enhance teaching effectiveness
  • Prepare classrooms for instruction
Requirements
  • Arizona Speech and Language Impaired Certificate
  • ADE certification
  • Masters Degree
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred)
  • Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Employment Information

Full-time position available for the 2024-25 school year, 216 days.
