Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lane Server to join our team at Bowlero Corporation. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to guests
• Review orders for accuracy, accept payment, and make change as needed
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to guests

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
