About the Job:The Territory Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This includes project completion, stocking, maintaining store areas, and effective communication with customers and store personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD RAPPORT WITH STORE ASSOCIATES AND MANAGEMENT THROUGH DAILY COMMUNICATION.
- TRAIN, SUPERVISE, AND DEVELOP SKILLS OF SALES MERCHANDISERS, FELLOW TERRITORY SALES LEADS, AND SEASONAL ASSOCIATES.
- EDUCATE CUSTOMERS AND STORE PERSONNEL ON PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS.
- Maintain ACCURACY AND HIGH QUALITY OF WORK IN ALL AREAS TO MEET OR EXCEED CLIENT EXPECTATIONS.
- HAVE DETAILED KNOWLEDGE OF COMPANY POLICIES.
- COMMUNICATE SUCCESSES OR POTENTIAL BARRIERS TO THE MARKET SALES MANAGER.
- KNOWLEDGEABLE UNDERSTANDING OF HANDHELD DEVICE FUNCTIONS.
- MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF COMPANY, CLIENT, AND RETAILER INFORMATION.
